JORD Men's watch

Wooden Wristwatch :

Who are the hardest people in your life to buy gifts for? If you are anything like me, the answer would be husband, brother, dad. Why are boys so tough!? I could go to any store and find something for all the girls in my life, but never for the guys! Maybe that's why I'm a girl mom? haha. When JORD wooden watches asked if they could send me a men's watch I was like, YES! Brian's Christmas gift! Done! I knew I would like it, but I had no idea it would be so GORGEOUS! The dark sandalwood is stunningly paired with the smoke watch face. It's the perfect weight for a men's watch... not too bulky or too petite. It arrived in it's beautifully carved wooden box and was already sized for Brian's wrist. Love! Sure he has already seen it, but I will definitely be putting a bow on that wood box at Christmas and giving it again ;)
Now here's the fun part! I have partnered with JORD to giveaway a $75 e-code toward your very own JORD wood watch! All you have to do is fill out your name and email here to enter. And just by entering, you will receive a $20 e-gift code! Win, win!

This blog was sponsored by JORD wood watches, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.

DockATot

DockATot is something we recently discovered. People are RAVING about it and we finally understand why. We put Edith down for a nap, she giggled like it was a game, then she rolled to her side and sung herself to sleep all cozy in her little cocoon. You guys... it was adorable!!!

According the to DockATot website, the "DockATot™ has been designed to offer a safe, snug and soothing environment for babies. We like to think it's the next best thing to the womb. Babies can rest, play and lounge without the restrictions of buckles or the distraction of bells and whistles." It's a perfect place to prop up baby for tummy time or a sweet spot for a nap. It is made with hypoallergenic materials that are also breathable. As a Mama of a little one who had a very scary accident a few years ago, this is a product that eases the fear of babies rolling around while sleeping. I wish that I had this when Edith was smaller because she is a tummy sleeper and it always made me nervous, especially since Lulu's accident.

We were given a Coral Trellis DockATot deluxe (just like the one pictured) to review and GIVE AWAY! This is perfect for ages 0-8 months. I'm just so excited to share the love! Just comment below by answering this question: "What would you do with an extra hour or two of peaceful baby sleep?" If that extra hour or two of baby sleep meant that the big sisters were also sleeping, I would probably take a shower without an audience, drink coffee while it was still hot, and spend some time reading my bible! As a Mama of littles, it's sad how hard it is to do those three things. But that's another post for another time. For more chances to win, visit @hopefeathers on Instagram to like/comment! Good luck!

Binxy Baby

When we had our third child, I wondered how I wouldn't perform basic tasks while being so outnumbered! I mean, I have only two hands, but three children! My biggest concern was how in the world to take three kids three and under to grab groceries. I couldn't wear our nearly 10 lb newborn because I had a c-section. If I used our double stroller, I had room for children, but not groceries. If I shopped at Target, I could use those extra long bus-like crazy carts with the two kid compartment, but I hated putting the baby in her carseat on top of the cart because it didn't feel safe. Then I discovered the Binxy Baby shopping cart hammock and LIFE CHANGED!

Edith now rolls around like the Princess of Target greeting all who see her with smiles and coos. I have yet to shop with her in the hammock without 1, 2 or 12 people stopping us to comment on the genius invention! Meanwhile, I still have the entire cart basket to fill with groceries (and impulse purchases). We have used our Binxy Baby since Edith was just a few weeks old. She is now nearly 8 months old, still fits and still loves it! Of course it will no longer be recommend once she is starting to sit up in it. But even then, I can still put her carseat safely in the hammock and strap the car seat in it! The whole hands free shopping with three kids seemed like the mythical unicorn of grocery shopping, but thanks to Binxy Baby, it's now a reality!

According the the website, "our comfy Binxy Baby shopping cart hammock quickly and easily clips onto most carts, hangs elevated so you have plenty of room for groceries, then simply rolls up to fit in your purse or diaper bag when finished. Most infant car seats sit snugly inside the Shopping Cart Hammock™ and can be secured using the included safety strap."

Binxy Baby recently released a new print! We have loved and used our grey and aqua quatrefoil, but we were given a triangle print hammock (just like the one pictured) to review and GIVE AWAY! Thanks right, folks! I'm just so excited to share the love! Just comment below by answering this question: "What section at Target is mostly likely to temp you with impulse purchases?" Mine would definitely be the seasonal section! Specifically at Christmas, but oh the summer Patio and Garden stuff are tempting this year! Lake Harriet & Leather Moccs *Giveaway*

The other day, the weather was GLORIOUS! It was warm but with a slight breeze so all the mosquitoes blew away. The perfect evening to head to Lake Harriet with an iced tea to watch the girls climb and play at the playground and then dance long after bedtime to the live band at the bandstand. I'm not sure why we don't do that more often! It was so fun!

Edith recently received a couple fun new accessories I have to mention! The adorable head wrap is from Bailey's Blossoms. And since polkadots are basically a "solid neutral" in our household, it matches nearly everything haha! Got to love my polkacuties!

Her new moccasins are t-straps from Starry Knight Designs. They are simply fantastic! We have had a few "regular" moccasins throughout the years, but these are adorably unique. The t-strap design caught my eye immediately, but the soft supple leather and the elastic stay put band really sealed the deal! I'm so glad that Edie got a pair just as we are crossing into that mobile baby stage. She will soon be crawling around and goodness knows regular shoes will no longer stay on. But these handmade leathers beauties will!

I have exciting news for you! I am giving away a pair of t-strap leather moccasins to one lucky person! They are size 3-9 months (4 inches) in the gorgeous brown Tribe color. To win, comment below. For an extra entry, visit my Instagram and follow instructions there! Giveaway will close Sunday evening 9pm and winner announced within 24 hrs. Good luck!
