A morning at the Lake

One of the many many perks of living in Minnesota is the many many lakes! After a few chilly days of rain a few weeks back, I knew the girls needed to get out... at least as much as their Mama needed to get out! So I made a picnic and off we went. Breakfast at the lake and the playground to ourselves was exactly what we needed! Turns out it is that time of year when Mommies need to keep sunscreen, sand buckets and shovels, a swimsuit, and extra clothes in the care at all times. The girls got so good and dirty and tired playing in the sand and water. It was awesome!
