Getty Museum & Vivi's Surprise

After our fun time at the mall with the train, we came back home to get the boys and then we drove to Los Angeles to go to the Getty Museum and fun dinner in Hollywood. Vivi has done great on all the long drives. We actually try to plan them around her naps so she sleeps the whole drive. She loves to hold Grammie's hands too. Upon arriving at the Getty, Viv was delighted to discover that we take a tram up the hill to the museum. She's becoming quite the lover of transportation. We loved walking around and seeing the art. It's amazing that one man collected all these amazing pieces!
As we were walking down the hill to the garden, I grabbed Vivienne out of her stroller for a quick photo in front of the museum. As I was shooting a couple images of Viv laying on her back, she kept pulling her head up to look around like a mini sit-up. So we thought maybe she'd like to sit up with Brian's help. All of the sudden, she decided she could sit unassisted! And she looked at us like, "What? You didn't know I could do this?" We were all so excited! So now our little 4.5 month old baby is sitting! She really is growing up quite fast! at her four month doctors appointment, he said that she would likely start sitting in the next few months and begin by sitting with her legs wide and her arms in between holding herself up, but she skipped that step entirely. Of course we all were ooing and awing in amazement and I took a million photos and videos. We are so proud of our little Vivi!
