Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving! We have SO MUCH to be thankful for this year! We spent the day with Aunt Stacey, and Uncle Ryan and Aunt Bethany and the kids. Super fun day. Lots of laughs, food and, in general, a relaxing time. Tomorrow we get to do Thanksgiving number two with Brian's side of the family! Yay! We love having family close by to spend the holidays with.
Tonight our little loves are snuggled up in the beds wearing Christmas PJs! We have our stockings hung above the (felt) fireplace. Christmas music is playing. The "holiday wreath" scented candle is lit. I'm drinking Gingerbread tea with a splash of Egg Nog (yum!). And our Christmas tree is "scheduled" to be put up ASAP. I love this time of year! It's even more fun knowing that Vivienne is actually understanding what we are doing and why. She loves to listen to Christmas music and look at all the lights. And we have been telling her that Santa is a funny man that isn't real, but that we celebrate Christmas because God sent his some Jesus to come as a little baby. I can't wait to help her understand this more and more over the next couple weeks. Yay Christmas time!
