Feeding the Ducks

We got a little stranded in Ca. We couldn't catch an open flight home because we were flying standby. So we enjoyed every ounce of sunshine and vitamin D that we could! So we went to a local park, had a picnic, fed the ducks, hugged some palm trees, and played on the playground. It was wonderful! Especially now as I sit shivering under 3 blankets in our basement. These sunny photos feel like a world away... not just a couple weeks ago!
