For Thanksgiving number two, we went up to Grandma Dina's house. Through a friend of her's from work, we found out about the
Minnesota Wildlife Connection in Sandstone, Mn. Knowing of Vivienne's love for animals, we decided to make the drive up with all the cousins. It was
cold freezing FREEZING! But totally worth it to see little Viv shiver from excitement (and cold) when she saw all the wild animals! She kept saying, "Hi Tebby Dare (teddy bear)!", "Oh hi, Foxie!", and "Come here, Cocoon (Raccoon)." She loved seeing her beloved Roxie (a raccoon) in person. And she got to pet a real like Red Fox just like Lulu's Foxie. Adorable!
Before we left to see the animals, Brian was so happy to find a pile of wood at his step-sister's house that needed chopping. One of his favorite activities! I couldn't resist taking a couple pics since he looked like a lumberjack in his plaid jacket.
Snuggling with Grandma in the cold!
Mn winters are like baby torture! Poor little thing!
Brian's cousin, Brooke, and the fox!
"Hi Foxie!"
